New Tote Bag and UFO Challenge

Yesterday afternoon I completed a new tote bag using the fabric I showed you here.  I listened to the advice of my friend Rob, and used the subway fabric for the lining and the red polka dots for inside pockets.   As you can see, it’s fairly simple on the outside with only 2 pockets (one for the cell phone and one for my camera) on the inside.  I just love it.  It is so cute and reminds me of my trip to New York.

Tonight is the night we turn in our list of UFO for the 2011 Quilters by the Sea UFO Challenge.  Last week I showed you just a few of my UFO’s, if you want a reminder, click here, but I have now narrowed it down to just 5 for the guild challenge.  I have listed them on my sidebar to help keep me on track.  They are listed 1 – 5 but won’t be completed in that order.  I’ll find out tonight which one will get worked on first.
