Today’s To-Do List

I’ve been saying for the last two weeks that I was going to sew and I’ll be darned if for one reason or another, nothing has gotten accomplished.  Today’s the day.  I’m going to sew and get some things done. 

I’ve decided to post my commitment here with the hope that it will keep me on track for the rest of the day.

First up:

Remember this from several weeks ago? 

Well today’s the day to finish this sample for one of my local quilt shops.  The fabric is all cut out so it shouldn’t take all that much time to sew and finish this “Letty’s Bag.

Next up:

I agreed to participate in a group quilt so I need to make a few blocks today.  I saw this on one of the Blogs I follow and I’m embarrassed to say I don’t remember which one.  I’m going to use it as my inspiration for one of the blocks.  I’ll be using a black background and some really bright fun fabrics for the flower. 

Last:

Love this fabric.  This was purchased on our trip to Hoffman of California earlier this week.  You’ll have to check back to see it made up. 

OK so now that I’ve shown you what I AM going accomplish, it’s off to my sewing machine.
