Yesterday was a great mail day.
I was surprised to find an envelope from Moda (stuck in between all the ads). I couldn’t imagine what in the world they would be sending me.
I had forgotten all about the two blocks I had sent as part of the Just One Star project and I certainly didn’t expect anything in return. But low and behold this thank you was sent out. It’s the cutest little set of 42 – 2 1/2” square “Lily & Will II” fabric squares. Thank you, Moda.
Next there was a box from Quiltmaker. As mentioned before, I had submitted a block and a quilt for volume 3 of their 100 Blocks magazine. I already received my magazines and my quilt back from them so I couldn’t imagine what was inside the box. How great is this?

The button is huge. I’m planning on hanging my quilt from the magazine in my booth at Spring Quilt Market (Booth 2446) and I think I’ll pin that great big button on it.
Last but not least, I received more fabric from Clothworks, but more about it tomorrow when I’ll have a quilt top to show you.
