I finally finished my log cabin blocks.
I ended up making 39 (I think) log cabin blocks and plus who knows how many others blocks throughout the year for my Amish With A Twist block of the month.
All the blocks are now made and it’s time to move on to Month 13 which is the borders.
I need to cut up a whole bunch of 2 1/2” squares and start sewing them together but I think the end is in sight.

ReplyDeleteI made all the blocks for this wonderful quilt last year. It took me a whole 3-day retreat just to make the log cabin blocks!! My top (sans borders) has been in the UFO pile for about 8 months. You've given me the push to cut those borders and finish! Thank you!
