Sample Delivered

Today was delivery day for me.  First I went to Cozy Cottage in Brea, CA and delivered more “Letty’s Bag” patterns.  They have been very successful in selling one of my latest patterns and had already sold out of they’re original order from just a few weeks ago.  Yippee! A big thank you to Kris the owner of the shop.  She has a wonderful selection of fabric and she also has lots of yarn.  If you’re in the area you should stop buy and visit.

Next it was over to Calico House in Placentia, CA to deliver a sample and they’re pattern order.

When I was in her shop recently , Cindy ordered patterns and I agreed to make a sample for her using fabric they selected and gave me.  I blogged about the fabric here. If you stop buy you can see the sample in person smile_regular .

Between my back problems and jury duty I was very late getting the sample made but here it is.  It still needs a big wonderful button but they will do that at the shop.

Everyone seemed to love it, in fact I a customer was buying one of the patterns as I left.

Since I was on a roll, I stopped by one more quilt shop on my way home.  I was looking for a particular fabric.  I didn’t find the fabric but I did get another pattern order and more fabric to make a sample for Sheri at The Quilt Cupboard.  So here we go again.

Here’s the fabrics for the next Letty’s Bag sample.

  2. Darn, I hate that I wasn't there to go with you. Turned out great. Love what you and Sherri picked out for the new one.

  3. Love the bag and I'm sure they did too. I have some of those black and yellow fabrics, great idea for the bags. Also, love that you decorated your blog for the holidays.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I love knowing that I'm not alone, blogging into thin air.
