Because I have absolutely nothing else to do, I decided to try out a simple little tutorial at the Indie House Blog.  She has several tutorials listed over on the right hand side.

I tried, really I did try, to follow the directions, but if you know me at all…….it was hard.  It’s not the directions, they’re just fine, it’s me.  I just can’t leave anything alone.  I only made minor changes while making this one but have already started planning my next one. 

So this will be my jumping off point.  It has some similarities to my “Wacky Zippered Bag” pattern but I really like the shape of this one.  The next time I have “nothing else to do”, I’ll play some more.  I’ll keep you posted.
