This past weekend was very special for me. I was honored to be the “Featured Quilter” at my local quilt show. I will be showing pictures of my space over the next few days but for now I’d like to share with you one of my quilt show entries. It’s a biggie, so this is the first time I’ve had a chance to photograph the entire quilt.
It’s called Amish with a Twist and was a block of the month that I purchased from Quiltique in Henderson Nevada. It took me two years to complete and then I turned it over to Russ Lee for the quilting. Between the two of us the quilt came to life. As soon as I finish the matching pillow shams this will be going in my master bedroom.

Enjoy,
Your quilt is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being your guild's featured quilter! Your Amish With A Twist is a real beauty. I have made all the blocks for this quilt and have them sewn together but I need to apply those many borders and quilt it. . . I've been working on it for over 2 years! Well done!!
