I’m driving home today from a fabulous retreat in Mesquite, Nevada with a wonderful group of quilters. So this is my design wall (actually floor) from yesterday afternoon.
This is a Texas Braid that I started a very long time ago in a Bonnie Hunter class at Road to California. I only work on it at retreats for sewing days with friends so it’s been very slow going. Maybe I’ll go ahead and continue working on it at home before the fabric gets any older.
To see what others have up on their design walls head on over to Judy’s Patchwork Times blog.
Enjoy,
I'm on my way to a retreat Thursday so I know what fun you've just had. Hum, a retreat only project. Might take me years to get it done. Heaven knows i have several really old UFOs I could drag out for retreats only!
ReplyDeleteGreat Braid. Glad you had fun at your retreat.
